Cindy Male offers yoga classes for islanders and visitors. The gallery space exhibits various artists of the island as well as her own work and creates a peaceful space for practicing yoga. She also teaches classes weekly at other venues in St Croix. Yoga classes are offered on Wednesdays, 5:30 pm at Sunsu Dojo, Little Princess, STX; on Mondays, 6:00 pm at FLEX Gym, Golden Rock, STX; and at her Mt. Washington Studio, 9:00 A.M. Saturdays.</p>

Her classes are a mixture of hatha, kunadilini, pranayama, always ending in guided meditation.

The cost is $12 for a drop in visit or $60 for six classes. If you are here visiting, you may also want to spend a bit of your vacation time learning about color and the chakra system. These sessions include an art-making experience supported by yoga and meditation. They are specifically designed to develop self awareness and broaden creativity.
